How it started:
I was on Facebook recently and I saw a post from a woman that ask for us to pray for her little Chihuahua because she was having surgery the next day to amputate her leg. The picture just broke my heart! I reached out to the woman who posted it and I asked her if I could share her story with all of you. She did, and I thank her. Be sure to read Kizzi’s Story.
Inspired:
A lightbulb went off in my head and it occurred to me that there are thousands of other Chihuahua parents and foster parents that have stories to tell about their amazing little Chihuahuas.
I posted on my ChiChis And Me’s Facebook page a call for others to share their stories. I have received lots of responses, but, I know that there are still many more stories to tell, and I want to give everyone the opportunity to share their story. I’ve always said that Chihuahuas are amazing little creatures. I was not wrong! Chihuahuas are one of the smartest, bravest, most loyal, and, — well just the most amazing little dogs on earth!
Stories of survival and overcoming huge obstacles
I and you, my readers have enjoyed these amazing stories that I have also started finding them on rescue websites and other places on the internet. Some are simply unbelievable! It never ceases to amaze me the resiliency and tenaciousness of these tiny dogs. They have such a zest for life.
